UPDATED: Shallotte man reported missing returns home

UPDATE: Bracyle Lewis Price returned to his home around 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office are searching for a missing Shallotte Man.

Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Sgt. April Stanley said Bracyle Lewis Price, 86, of 411 Paradise Lane, Shallotte, was last seen at this home at 6 a.m. Monday, July 18.

When he left his home, he was driving his 2000 red Chevrolet pickup truck with North Carolina registration XPZ-6068. He was possibly driving to a home off Royal Oak Way in Bolivia, but never made it there, Stanley said.

According to Price’s family, he gets confused at times.

Price is 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has white hair and hazel eyes. He is known to frequent the Shallotte post office, Walmart in Shallotte and Hill’s Grocery Store in Shallotte.
