Judge continues Paws-Ability estate case

BOLIVIA — A Superior Court judge has continued an estate case involving nonprofit animal advocacy group Paws-Ability following a hearing Tuesday.

After about four hours of debate between attorneys representing Paws-Ability and petitioners Wilburn and Allison Smith regarding the estate of Margaret Edith Taylor, Judge James G. Bell asked both sides to submit reasons for their opposing motions to him by Thursday regarding a judgment in the case.
